Yes, this is browser based. Our Digital Card is supported in all browsers.

5. Do you provide any Web Panel to update my Card or Mini Website?

As of now, you can update your Digital Card or Mini Website via KwikkMedia Mobile App Only.

6. Can I update Social Media Links in my Digital Card or Mini Website?

Yes

7. Which No should I use to login in KwikkMedia App to update details?

You can download KwikkMedia app.
You can login with primary or alternative mobile no.
You will receive OTP for Login.
Go to My Card / Mini Website to view the site setup for you.

8. Can I make changes to my Mini Website by myself?

Yes, you can make changes in your Mini Website by yourself. Download KwikkMedia App. Go to Mini Website / Digital Card option. You can see your details there.

9. How many plans are available for Digital Card or Mini Website?

There are currently 3 Plans available. Starter, Standard and Executive Plan. Offering, Validity and Pricing for each plan is listed above.

10. What domain is used for Digital Card and Mini Website?

In our offer, domain will be visitmyprofile.in OR visitmyprofile.com

So, if your Business Name is XYZ then link for your digital card or mini website will be https://www.visitmyprofile.in/xyz OR https://www.visitmyprofile.com/xyz

11. What is the difference between terminologies of Digital Card and Mini Website?

When we say Digital Card, we are referring that as a way of sharing your business details in Digital Form by sharing link / QR to your contact. Digital Card has clickable contact details, social media details.

When we say Mini Website, it means it includes all the Details of Digital Card + It has Details about Abouts Us, Services, Products, Client Feedback, Photo Gallery, etc.

12. How many Images, Videos and Documents can be uploaded in my Mini Website?

Please check your plan details to know about no of Images, Videos and Documents are uploaded for your Mini Website.

13. How much advance payment is required to make my digital card or mini website?

We have Work First, Payment Later Policy. You are not required to make any advance payment to create your digital card or mini website. As per our payment policy, once work is delivered, payment should be made within 24 hours.

14. Do you provide any Web Panel to update my Card or Mini Website?

As of now, you can update your Digital Card or Mini Website via KwikkMedia Mobile App Only.

15. How many Images, Videos and Documents can be uploaded in my Mini Website?

Please check your plan details to know about no of Images, Videos and Documents are uploaded for your Mini Website.

16. Who will setup / data entry for the Digital Card or Mini Website?

For Starter, Data Entry will be done by User only. For each step, we have Help Guides which help to do setup. For Standard and Executive Plan, we have both options available, Self Setup and Setup by Kwikk Media / Partners. Additional Setup charge will be 75Rs. for Standard Plan and 299Rs. for Executive Plan.
